  • Loss Runs (eCALR) Producers and Policyholders click here to generate loss runs. In order to request Loss Runs you need a CIA login ID and password. If you do not already have such a login ID and password, please contact the Claims Manager or Claims Account Executive in your local Crum & Forster office. Note: if you are a Producer, the policy must be currently in effect and you must be the Producer of Record on the policy to order loss runs.
